Petty cash check overall Making MIS Reports Knowledge of TDS rules. Making Purchase order for various items Vendor Payment Well versed in Excel, Word and PPT presentation, Tally Statutory Compliances: Ensuring that all the statutory payments are made on time Preparation of MIS: Preparation of Daily reports, monthly flash report and other financial information as and when required. Payroll: Computation of Income Tax on salaries and verification of salary workings, computed by HRD before making the payments. Daily collections/payments: Supervise all the activities of the Cashier and help him solve the problems, if any. Keeping track of insurance details. Billing: Supervise the activities of Maintaining Balance Sheet, Accounts, and Bank Statements. Accounting work individually handled. Coordinating accounting functions and programs. Preparing financial reports. Assisting with preparing and monitoring budgets. Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts. Assisting with monthly annual audit preparations. Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance. Job Type: Full-time / Permanent Salary: As per industry standards
