HRC Test Engineer

5-7 years of good testing experience in Finance modules(AP, AR, GL, PO ).

Mandatory experience in High Radius Cloud testing.

Good functional knowledge in finance modules(AP, AR, GL, PO ).

2-3 years of Team leading experience is mandatory.

Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

Capable to lead a team of 6-10 team members.

Having DB upgrade testing experience is an advantage.

Understand testing requirements and objectives, as well as the company's software development process.

Develop test plans and cases based on business and technical requirements.

Execute manual and automated tests, track defects, and report results.

Analyze test results to identify trends and recommend improvements.

Assist with troubleshooting issues identified during testing.

Participate in project meetings and provide status updates on assigned tasks.

Work closely with developers to ensure that new code meets quality standards.

Keep abreast of new testing tools and methodologies.

Train new team members on testing procedures.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of testing methodologies (agile, waterfall, etc.).

Experience with test management tools, such as JIRA, Quality Center, or TestRail.

Ability to create clear and concise test cases.

Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
