Role & responsibilities Deputy Manager HRBP needs to support Key Business Linked HR Plans for Global Engineering Centre. To represent business needs by balancing those with the goals of the entire organization and influence in the all the area like organization assessment and design, team effectiveness, people issues, acquiring top talent, and market trends that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the businesses. You will partner closely with Engineering Leaders, India & global leadership, to drive a culture of performance, growth and engagement. Be a strategic business advisor to the Engineering leadership regarding key organizational and management priorities and on all people matters critical for business operations and growth U nderstand Key business challenges and organization need s, communicate and implement HR programs that support business goals and achieve results Drive strategic HR interventions contributing in formulation and implementation of Business/HR Strategy Drive Employee engagement initiatives including employee connect programs, analysing engagement survey results and preparation and execution of action plan Benchmark and incorporate best practices , provide overall leadership and guidance on career development, succession planning, leadership development, engagement in assessment and monitoring of training program s and facilitate regular follow-ups to ensure the completion of training goals Driving interventions for succession planning for critical talents and facilitating career dialogues, chalking our career transition plan for critical talent Build a culture that values trust, engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness and productivity Drive organizational culture in terms of management of diverse workforce by ensuring safe and inclusive workplace to all the associates especially women employees Preferred candidate profile MBA in HR from Tier I/II or any other premium Indian or global B-Schools with min. 8-10 years of experience in global technology / Manufacturing organizations MNCs, preferably with few years in automotive industry Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect at all levels including senior leadership Strong knowledge of employment practice and statutory compliances. High degree of maturity in decision-making. S/he should be able to inspire confidence in his / her colleagues and can influence, guide and motivate people Excellent team builder, go getter and team player. Ability to understand strengths and weakness of the team and act appropriately. Strong analytical skills with an ability to lead complex decision making, a strong drive for superior performance, accuracy, and precision. S/he will be a strategic thinker coupled with operational execution and the ability to act as an enabling change agent.
