Summary: The HR Business Partner will work as an individual contributor (talent partner) and report to the HRBP - Manager. This role involves close collaboration with business leaders and various stakeholders to provide proactive and professional HR solutions and advice on people strategies, supporting the development and growth of both individuals and the organization. Key Responsibilities: Establish and develop sustainable relationship with client stakeholders, other HR Business Partners, and other internal HR Service Excellence Teams by understanding and delivering business and employee needs.
