You will be part of the team focusing on Healthy Aging through AI. The team is dedicated to leveraging AI technology for promoting healthy aging. In 2019, the team successfully implemented X-ray AI technology for this purpose. **Main Tasks:** - Provide HR support to the team by handling recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. - Coordinate HR activities and programs for the team members. - Assist in performance management and employee development processes. - Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. **Requirements:** - Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field with a minimum of 7 years of experience in HR. - Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems. **Preferred Qualification:** - Certification in HRBP. - Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
