We are seeking a qualified candidate to collaborate in the development and expansion of a health tech major with a clear mission to improve global health. The incumbent will play a significant role in both hands-on and strategic HR functions, working on various HR matters in collaboration with other HR professionals across the organization. What will you be responsible for - Driving HRBP activities for a growing set of businesses, focusing on processes such as performance management, compensation, organization building, and engagement - Collaborating with HR stakeholders and CoEs to gather data insights, engage in cross-functional projects, and contribute to organization-wide people initiatives - Addressing employee concerns, implementing futuristic HR best practices, and supporting the implementation of key HC interventions - Serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for caregivers - Identifying training needs and working with the L&D team to meet these requirements - Partnering with managers to attract, develop, and motivate individuals to achieve organizational goals - Assisting senior manager HRBP in executing HR initiatives across different pillars What would your week look like - Engaging with Stakeholders to strategize talent development for the business unit - Communicating with Caregivers to address concerns and provide support - Participating in and supporting organization-wide projects - Analyzing key trends using talent analytics for informed decision-making - Collaborating closely with the HR team and manager on planned and ad-hoc tasks to meet organizational needs - Coaching managers and leaders within the business group Who we are looking for - 9 to 13 years of experience in technology business - Preferably from a top-tier business school with a postgraduate degree in HRM - Proficiency in Human Capital functional areas - Ability to work hands-on, navigate ambiguity, strong communication skills, and drive innovation - Demonstrated multitasking and anticipatory thinking abilities - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations Contact our Integrity hotline and review our Code of Conduct for more information.,
