As an experienced and dedicated HR Business Partner at CW Lundberg, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future workplace where people can grow, thrive, and excel. With a strong focus on inclusivity, innovation, and excellence, CW Lundberg is a company deeply rooted in developing top-notch roof safety products and solar panel installations. Your role as an HR Business Partner will entail leveraging your several years of expertise in HR to navigate both operational and strategic HR matters within a business-oriented environment. Ideally, you possess a relevant university degree in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent, along with extensive knowledge in employment law, occupational health, and change management. Empathy, attentiveness, courage, and a proactive approach to challenging conversations and driving constructive change initiatives alongside colleagues and leaders are essential traits for success in this role. As an integral part of the organization, you will serve as a strategic advisor and operational support in various HR functions, bridging the gap between the business and the management team. Your responsibilities will include assisting managers with employment law, occupational health, rehabilitation, recruitment, and organizational development, as well as driving HR processes like salary reviews, performance appraisals, succession planning, and FTE planning. Additionally, you will be instrumental in cultivating a culture of inclusivity, leadership, and engagement, working with key performance indicators and data analysis to inform improvements. Representing the company in internal and external HR matters and actively contributing to enhancing the work environment and social sustainability goals will be part of your role. You will report to the HR Manager and play a pivotal role in developing a positive work environment where inclusion, engagement, and care are valued. With the opportunity to collaborate closely with dedicated leaders and colleagues, your contributions will have a meaningful impact on both the organization and its employees. This part-time position based in Mora offers a fixed monthly salary and the chance to join a workplace that values inclusion, engagement, and care. If you are passionate about making a difference and driving positive change within an organization, we encourage you to apply before the deadline. Don't miss this opportunity to be part of a team that is committed to growth and development together. If this sounds like the right fit for you, submit your application by the deadline mentioned.
