As an HR Generalist for US & India Operations at our company, you will play a crucial role in supporting the US Recruitment Team from our offices in Jaipur, Rajasthan or Bengaluru, Karnataka. Your primary focus will be on internal hiring, HR topics, and US operations, particularly if you have prior experience working with IT Services and/or Staff Augmentation companies for the US region. Your responsibilities will include strategizing, building, and implementing programs to enhance our company culture and attract top talent. Working closely with executive leadership, you will drive key initiatives such as recruitment, interviewing, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and compensation. It will be your responsibility to ensure the uniform application of HR policies and procedures while maintaining optimal staffing levels. To excel in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as an HR executive/generalist/manager or similar position, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. A Master's degree is considered a plus. You must possess a deep understanding of HR laws and best practices, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and executive leadership effectively. We value individuals who are proactive, solution-oriented, and can work efficiently in a global environment. Experience in overseas work settings is advantageous, and immediate joiners will be given preference. By leveraging your expertise and leveraging ATS platforms, you will contribute to enhancing the employee experience, ensuring data accuracy, and generating essential HR metrics.
