Position: Human Resources Executive

Experience: 2 years+

Location: Hyderabad (WFO)

Shift Timings: Monday - Friday (11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST)

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in HR and end to end recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions
• Ability to independently handle 3-4 positions year-round
• Openness and willingness to work under recruitment pressure and meet hiring goals consistently
• Strong sourcing skills with a robust LinkedIn network and expertise in leveraging various recruitment channels
• Solid experience in HR operations and managing day-to-day activities
• Highly systematic and detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Experience working in a start-up environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
