Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for U.S.-based engineering and inspection projects. Communicate with U.S. project managers and clients to confirm scheduling updates and deliverables. Track project progress, lab testing schedules, and NCR (Non-Conformance Report) logs. Review trackers, inspection reports, and NCRs for accuracy. Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and time records for field and lab activities. Prepare and update daily/weekly scheduling logs, timesheets, and task allocation reports. Follow up with engineers and lab staff to ensure work completion on time. Support data entry, documentation, and report compilation. Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum 1-3 years of experience in scheduling, coordination, or project support roles (engineering/consulting background preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, and project tracking tools . Highly organized, punctual, and able to handle multiple priorities. Comfortable working in alignment with U.S. business hours(EST 9AM to 5PM) for coordination. Preferred Skills Familiarity with engineering or construction project workflows. Experience preparing or reviewing NCRs, inspection trackers, and field reports. Prior experience using scheduling systems or timesheet trackers (e.g., SpringAhead, Excel).
