Role Overview: As a member of the team at Hemmersbach, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and update HR data to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This will involve conducting regular data check-ups, addressing inconsistencies, and collaborating with local HR teams to improve the quality of HR data. You will also play a key role in updating the organizational structure in the HR system, which includes department structure, public holidays, regions, and more. Your duties will extend to providing support to HR teams in different countries with their administrative tasks according to agreed scope and manuals. Handling and resolving HR central tickets and generating basic HR reports upon request will also fall within your responsibilities.
