HR Solutions Technical Specialist SAP SuccessFactors

As a vital member of the Digital Transformation organization at Alstom, you will play a pivotal role as an HR Solutions Technical Specialist focusing on SAP SuccessFactors. Your primary responsibilities will involve managing the design, implementation, and operations of integrations with HR systems, specifically SAP SuccessFactors. Your technical expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and its API will be crucial for this role. Experience or exposure to Boomi or similar middleware technology is preferred. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand business and functional requirements for designing, delivering, and managing integrations with HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors. - Conduct pre-study requirements analysis, define integration patterns, and collaborate with partner teams. - Work closely with various teams including Enterprise Data Integration, Digital Platforms Managers, Solution Architects, and IS&T Lead Architects to implement best practices and optimize the integration platform. - Act as a liaison between different stakeholders to coordinate project implementations and ensure accurate execution of integration requirements. - Monitor integrations, proactively resolve issues, and engage in incident management for priority incidents. - Maintain design specifications and mapping documents in compliance with architectural principles and standards. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - Extensive experience with SAP SuccessFactors, APIs, and integration techniques. - Proficiency in Boomi or similar middleware technologies. - Strong understanding of enterprise integration, APIs, and service-oriented architecture. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. - Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. - Proven track record in managing end-to-end integration projects. - Certification in SAP SuccessFactors or Boomi is a plus.,
