The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices, factory compliance, labor laws, and export industry operations, with a proven ability to manage HR and administrative workflows smoothly. Position Name Asst Mgr/ Manager/Sr Manager Human Resources Reports to (Position): SVP Human Resources Location: Mumbai Key Responsibilities for the Role: Employee Engagement, PMS, Rewards & Recognition, Learning & Development. Business Partnering: Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders on people-related matters. Understand business goals and provide HR solutions to support the achievement of objectives. Drive initiatives around talent management, succession planning, employee engagement, and workforce planning. Manage employee relations issues and support conflict resolution as needed. HR Analytics: Leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends, turnover, engagement, and performance. Build and maintain dashboards and reports for key HR metrics (headcount, attrition, diversity, hiring, etc.). Use predictive analytics to help anticipate workforce needs and drive strategic planning. Employee Engagement: Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to drive a positive work culture. Analyse the employee engagement survey results, track and co-ordinate the action plans Organize team-building activities, and other engagement events. Enhance internal communication through FGDs and HR Connects Talent Management Support performance management processes, including goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews. Support in Talent management processes conducting Talent Councils, Mapping employee data, etc. Learning & Development (L&D): Assess training needs through employee development plan and support in implementing effective L&D programs. Collaborate with external training providers and internal subject matter experts to deliver impactful learning experiences. Managing Talent Management Initiative, HRBP, HR Analytics and technology solutions and related HR operations.
