HR Service Delivery Analyst

As an HR Service Delivery Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in improving workforce performance and productivity, enhancing business agility, increasing revenue, and reducing costs. Your responsibilities will include gaining a deep understanding of Employee & Org data management processes and utilizing your expertise to address specific issues related to Workforce Management. You will be involved in training and developing team members" functional knowledge, administering satisfaction surveys, providing general support to client employees, and facilitating communication. Your focus will be on Employee Services, particularly in query/case management. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and managing business solutions within Workday's HCM Tracking Library, with a specific emphasis on talent and performance management data within an organization. In this role, you will be expected to analyze and solve lower-complexity problems. Your primary interactions will be with peers within Accenture, with occasional updates to supervisors. While you may have limited exposure to clients or Accenture management, you will receive moderate-level instructions for daily tasks and detailed guidance for new assignments. The decisions you make will impact your own work and potentially influence the work of others. You will function as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a specific scope of work.
