Job Summary

Daasho is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Executive - Recruitment to support

our growing hiring requirements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end

recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, initial HR interviews, interview

coordination, candidate follow-ups, and recruitment reporting.

We are looking for candidates who can communicate effectively with applicants and hiring

managers, maintain an active candidate pipeline, and support the timely closure of open

positions. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions, from sourcing through

candidate joining.

• Source relevant candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, professional

networks, databases, and other suitable channels.

• Screen resumes based on job requirements, skills, experience, location, notice period,

compensation, and overall suitability.

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews to evaluate communication skills, candidate interest,

availability, expectations, and role fit.

• Coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers and ensure timely

scheduling and communication.

• Follow up regularly with candidates throughout the hiring process and maintain a positive

candidate experience.

• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, priorities, interview

feedback, and closure timelines.

• Maintain accurate candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview status updates, and

recruitment reports.

• Support offer-stage coordination, candidate follow-up, and joining confirmation whenever

required.

Candidate Requirements

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or a similar HR

recruitment role.

• Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing processes.
• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to screen candidates, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess basic role suitability.
• Ability to coordinate with candidates and hiring managers and work towards closing open

positions.

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates while meeting hiring timelines.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining recruitment databases and

reports.

• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and a genuine interest in recruitment may also be

considered.

• Immediate availability to join is preferred.

Pay: ₹19,400.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
