Job Description – HR Recruiter

Company: Stallions

Department: Human Resources

Role: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including real estate sales and non-sales roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure timely joining. Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding.
Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
