Job Description – HR Recruiter

Position: HR Recruiter
Experience: 3–5 Years
Work Location: Work From Home (Any Location)
Preferred Candidates: Chennai-based candidates
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Job Responsibilities

Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment process.
Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions from clients or hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Negotiate salary, manage offers, and coordinate joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills

3–5 years of experience in HR Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment.
Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.

Candidate Preferences

Candidates from Chennai are preferred.
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period preferred.
Experienced candidates with 3–5 years of recruitment experience are preferred.
Candidates must be comfortable working remotely.
