End-to-end recruitment Candidate sourcing & screening? Develop hiring strategies? Ensure smooth onboarding. Responsibilities: End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance. Coordinate and conduct interviews, including phone, virtual, and in-person interviews. Negotiate salary and benefits packages. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify qualified candidates. Screen resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conduct thorough phone screenings to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Proactively source passive candidates. Develop Hiring Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting sources. Ensure Smooth Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Prepare and deliver new hire orientation materials. Facilitate the completion of all necessary paperwork and documentation. Ensure new hire compliance.
