As an HR Recruiter at Tijus Academy, you will play a crucial role in attracting and retaining top-tier talent to support the institution's academic excellence and holistic development mission. Key Responsibilities: - Develop Talent Acquisition Strategy: Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to understand staffing needs and create targeted recruitment plans. - Source Candidates Effectively: Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, academic networks, and career fairs to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates. - Conduct Screening & Interviews: Review applications, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews with relevant stakeholders. - Support Onboarding Process: Ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the institution by facilitating the onboarding process. - Maintain Compliance & Reporting: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, ensuring adherence to employment laws and institutional policies. - Enhance Employer Branding: Promote Tijus Academy as an employer of choice in the academic community. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field. - Experience: Demonstrated recruitment experience, preferably within the education sector. - Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), and familiarity with recruitment platforms. - Knowledge: Understanding of academic structures, faculty requirements, and educational regulations.
