Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – HR to manage end-to-end HR operations for our manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in recruitment (non-IT/blue-collar & white-collar hiring), statutory compliance, and general HR operations. Candidates from a manufacturing background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across departments (production, quality, stores, admin, sales etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), consultants, and referrals
• Screen resumes, coordinate and conduct interviews, and manage the selection process
• Conduct salary negotiations with selected candidates
• Issue offer letters and appointment letters
• Conduct induction and onboarding for new joiners

Employee Lifecycle Management

• Manage confirmation process and documentation post probation period
• Conduct exit interviews and handle full & final settlement coordination
• Maintain complete and updated employee documentation and personnel files as per audit requirements.

Employee Engagement & HR Operations

• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives
• Address employee grievances and support a positive work culture
• Support other general HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 3+ years in HR, specifically in recruitment, HR operations, and compliance
• Industry Preference: Candidates from manufacturing/industrial background preferred
• Communication: Good spoken and written English skills
• Skills: Familiarity with job portals, HR documentation
• Education: Graduate/MBA/PGDM in HR or related field (recommended, please confirm)

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
