Job Summary

CADD Centre is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, identifying qualified candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

The candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a good understanding of recruitment practices, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and prepare appropriate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/online interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain and regularly update the candidate database and recruitment tracker.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinate documentation and background verification, where applicable.
• Support offer negotiation and joining formalities.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track key hiring metrics.
• Support other HR activities and initiatives as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and recruitment portals.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
