Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for BPO positions, ensuring quality candidates and achieving daily/monthly hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO and customer service positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media, references, and employee referrals.

- Screen CVs and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and operations/TL teams.

- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Ensure candidates complete documentation and joining formalities.

- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS reports.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly joining targets.

- Maintain a healthy candidate pipeline for ongoing requirements.

- Coordinate with HR teams regarding manpower requirements.

- Handle candidate queries related to salary, shift, location, job profile, and joining process.

- Reduce candidate dropouts and improve joining ratios through regular follow-ups.

- Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 0.6–2 years of experience in recruitment / volume hiring preferred.

- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and job portals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong follow-up and convincing skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.

- Candidates who have handled bulk hiring, customer support, collection, telecalling, or BPO profiles will be preferred.
