Job Summary: We are looking for an HR Recruiter to help identify, attract, and hire top PhD candidates for our academic and research support services. You will work closely with universities, researchers, and clients to match qualified PhDs with projects, editing, consulting, and tutoring roles. Key Responsibilities: PhD Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Post job ads on academic platforms (LinkedIn, ResearchGate, university portals). Conduc;t interviews and assess candidates’ skills (writing, research, tutoring). Onboarding Guide hired PhDs through onboarding (NDAs, project briefs, payment terms). Employer Branding & Academic Networking: Promote the company’s services at universities, conferences, and online forums. Build a database of qualified PhDs across disciplines (STEM, Humanities, etc.). Compliance & Documentation: Verify academic credentials (degrees, publications, references). Ensure contracts and agreements follow legal and ethical guidelines. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Business, or any field. Experience: 1+ years in recruitment (academic, freelance, or R&D hiring preferred). Familiarity with PhD research, journals, or university systems is a plus. Skills: Strong communication (to interact with professors/researchers). Basic understanding of research methodologies. Comfortable with recruitment tools (LinkedIn, ATS, Zoom). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
