Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment, with a primary focus on sales hiring and field recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various sales and other non-technical positions.

The role involves visiting colleges, job fairs, placement offices, and other relevant locations for candidate sourcing and recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, coordination, negotiation, and follow-up skills, along with the ability to meet hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for sales and other non-technical positions.

- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, walk-ins, and other recruitment channels.

- Conduct field visits to colleges, placement offices, job fairs, and other potential candidate sourcing locations.

- Recruit candidates for sales, business development, customer service, telecalling, and other relevant positions.

- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, communication, and job suitability.

- Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess candidates' availability, salary expectations, and joining timelines.

- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.

- Explain job roles, responsibilities, salary structure, and company policies to candidates.

- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, interview schedules, and daily hiring reports.

- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining and completion of documentation.

- Build a strong candidate pipeline to fulfil current and future hiring requirements.

- Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

- Experience in sales recruitment, bulk hiring, or field recruitment will be an advantage.

- Good communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills.

- Comfortable conducting field visits and sourcing candidates outside the office.

- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, and basic computer applications.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to work independently.

- Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice are preferred.

- Candidates must be comfortable with field recruitment activities as required.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in sales hiring and field recruitment.

- Candidates who can independently source, screen, coordinate, and close positions.

- Candidates with knowledge of job portals, walk-in drives, campus hiring, and local candidate sourcing.

- Candidates currently residing in Pune will be preferred.
