Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, support employee engagement initiatives, and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes within the organization. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Onboarding: Handle end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offers). Coordinate onboarding, documentation, and induction sessions for new joiners. Employee Engagement & Relations: Organize employee engagement activities and internal events. Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive work environment. HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave systems. Prepare HR letters (offer, appraisal, relieving, etc.). Assist in payroll inputs and monthly HR MIS reports. Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process and maintain relevant documentation. Track probation completions and performance review timelines. Compliance & Policy: Ensure adherence to HR policies and statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc.). Assist in audits and policy implementations. General Administration: Coordinate with admin for office facility needs and asset records. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (preferably in HR, Business Administration, or related field). 1–3 years of experience in an HR Executive role. Good knowledge of HR functions and labor laws. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HR software/tools. Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
