Roles and Responsibilities Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking events. Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and schedule interviews. Conduct preliminary screening of applicants by reviewing resumes, conducting phone or video interviews. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions throughout the recruitment process. Desired Candidate Profile 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment or related field (candidate sourcing). Bachelor's degree in any specialization (B.Com). Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including interview coordination and scheduling. Excellent communication skills with ability to interact effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
