HR Recruiter Intern (Male)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Intern (Male) to support our placement and recruitment operations. This is a hands-on internship where you’ll gain practical experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resume Screening: Review and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.
• JD Explanation: Clearly communicate job descriptions, roles, responsibilities, and terms & conditions to potential candidates.
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Candidate Interaction: Follow up with candidates before and after interviews.
• Feedback Collection: Gather interview feedback and update records accordingly.
• Database Management: Maintain candidate databases and track the hiring pipeline.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
