About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, preferably in the healthcare industry, with a passion for identifying and hiring top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and deliver quality candidates within timelines.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate offers and ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and ATS/database updates.
Support employer branding and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, and other job portals.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/ATS.
