- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from understanding manpower requirements to candidate onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes, conduct initial screening calls, assess candidate suitability, and shortlist profiles as per job requirements.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate with candidates to ensure smooth interview processes.
- Work closely with department heads, hiring managers, and internal teams to understand hiring needs and close vacancies within defined timelines.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process, discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, and manage joining confirmations.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, interview feedback, candidate databases, hiring status reports, and daily/weekly MIS.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
