The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. Key Responsibilities: Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions. Post job openings on various platforms. Source potential candidates through online channels. Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone or video interviews and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Manage the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Participate in job fairs and recruitment events. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience (1–3 years) as a recruiter or in a similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases. Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Qualifications: Experience recruiting in Insurance. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
