Job Summary

We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Executive / Recruiter to manage recruitment and support day-to-day HR activities.

The role will focus on recruiting IT Sales Executives and Business Development Executives for our UK and USA processes, while supporting hiring for other business roles as required. You will coordinate the recruitment process from candidate sourcing to joining and help maintain accurate employee records and smooth HR operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Hiring

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand vacancies, candidate requirements, selection criteria, and hiring timelines.
• Create and manage job postings on Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant recruitment platforms.
• Source suitable candidates through job portals, professional networks, employee referrals, and direct outreach.
• Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews to assess relevant experience, communication skills, role suitability, salary expectations, and notice period.
• For UK and USA sales vacancies, assess candidates’ international sales experience and availability for the required process timings.
• Schedule interviews, collect feedback, maintain candidate records, and provide regular hiring updates.
• Coordinate salary discussions and offer documentation within management-approved terms.
• Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance, joining formalities, and onboarding.

HR Operations

• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, document collection, and joining paperwork.
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave trackers, and probation review schedules.
• Prepare accurate payroll inputs and coordinate with the accounts team.
• Handle routine employee queries and escalate matters to the appropriate manager when needed.
• Support employee communication, engagement activities, and implementation of company HR processes.
• Coordinate exit documentation, handover checklists, and clearance formalities.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling candidate information, employee records, and compensation details.

Required Skills

• Experience in recruitment, candidate coordination, or HR operations.
• Clear spoken and written English and professional telephone communication.
• Good interviewing skills and the ability to assess candidates against job requirements.
• Familiarity with recruitment portals, candidate tracking tools, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and email.
• Strong organisation, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple hiring managers and manage several vacancies.
• Accuracy in documentation and responsible handling of confidential information.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

• Experience recruiting for IT sales, business development, IT services, or international sales processes.
• Familiarity with hiring candidates for UK or USA sales teams.
• Exposure to employee onboarding, attendance management, and payroll coordination.
• A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Performance Expectations

Success in this role will be measured through the quality of candidate shortlists, timely interview coordination, offer-to-joining conversion, smooth onboarding, and accuracy of HR records.
