HR Payroll Processor(SAP)

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be responsible for handling various HR transactions and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Your role will include processing employee settlements related to vacations, leave encashments, and full and final settlements. Additionally, you will manage HR policies, conduct day-to-day HR transactions in SAP and other systems, and create customer ledgers. Maintaining accurate documentation and records, including manual and electronic files, will be a key part of your responsibilities to ensure compliance with established guidelines. You should have extensive knowledge of GCC labor laws in countries such as Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, and the UAE. Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced formulas for building data models and charts is essential for this role. Excellent communication skills are required to effectively interact with stakeholders and handle multiple queries in a high-paced business environment. Operating in a deadline-oriented setting, you must be able to prioritize workloads, handle large volumes of transactions, and work effectively under pressure. Attention to detail, accuracy, and a commitment to meeting service delivery standards are key competencies for this position. Experience with SAP/Success Factors HCM project implementation and a good quantitative aptitude are highly valued.
