Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:45 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Payroll Executive with 1–3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations. Candidates with experience in payroll outsourcing or third-party payroll and knowledge of statutory compliances are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end outsourced payroll processing for 1,000+ employees.
• Prepare salary structures and CTC calculations.
• Manage attendance, leave records, payroll inputs and employee master data.
• Handle Full & Final settlements and employee payroll queries.
• Manage statutory compliances, including PF, ESIC, PT, MLWF, Bonus and Gratuity.
• Prepare and maintain employee documentation, including offer letters, appointment letters, appraisal letters and relieving letters.
• Coordinate with clients, employees and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of Indian payroll processing and HR operations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, Pivot Tables and other formulas.
• Knowledge of gratuity, bonus and CTC calculations.
• Understanding of statutory payroll compliances.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle large employee datasets with accuracy and confidentiality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in payroll processing.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing or third-party payroll will be preferred.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience managing large-scale payroll operations.
