HR Operation (Payroll)

As an HR Operations professional at our company in Pune, you will be responsible for maintaining relocation-related mobility programs for both domestic and international relocations, managing mobility policies, and collaborating with external partners. You will take ownership of invoicing and vendor management processes, including handling contracts and service scopes. Your role will involve storing confidential employee documentation, liaising with various departments as necessary, and managing the People India email inbox to assist employees with HR inquiries. Additionally, you will drive employment verification services for India and collaborate with the People Digital team to enhance employee service platforms, particularly Workday. Your responsibilities will include managing the termination process for employees and ensuring smooth off-boarding processes and full and final settlements. To excel in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification from an accredited business school. Attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills are essential for success in this position. You should also possess the ability to work collaboratively, build strong partnerships with internal clients and colleagues, and have experience with HRIS systems, with proficiency in Workday being preferred. As a self-starter, you should be able to work independently while also fostering a highly collaborative environment within the team.,
