Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling: Drive employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale and retention with the help of the ER team. Address employee concerns and grievances in collaboration with senior HR and client teams. 5. MIS & Reporting: Prepare periodic HR reports, including headcount, recruitment status, and compliance metrics. Requirements: Education: BE, B Tech or any technical qualification with Graduate / Postgraduate in Human Resources. Experience: 6+ years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to EOR/PEO/Staffing/Outsourcing models. And should have worked with the management outside India preferably should have experience working with the people outside India. Excellent written and verbal Communication.
