Role & responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Management Develop and implement effective hiring strategies. Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Collaborate with department heads to identify hiring needs. Conduct interviews and facilitate selection processes. 2. Employee Relations & Engagement Foster a positive work culture and address employee concerns. Resolve workplace conflicts through mediation and fair practices. Organize team-building activities and engagement programs. Implement employee feedback mechanisms. 3. Performance Management & Training Develop and oversee performance evaluation processes. Implement training and career development programs. Identify skill gaps and coordinate training workshops. 4. HR Policies & Compliance Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and handle grievances professionally. 5. Payroll & Benefits Administration Oversee salary processing and ensure timely payments. Manage employee benefits, insurance, and leave policies. Conduct salary benchmarking and review compensation structures. 6. Workplace Culture & Diversity Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Create a safe and inclusive work environment. Address workplace harassment or discrimination issues. 7. HR Systems & Data Management Manage HR software and employee databases. Analyze HR metrics and generate reports for management. Ensure data confidentiality and security. Preferred candidate profile 1. Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field . 2. Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the textile, manufacturing, or retail industry . Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, payroll, compliance, and performance management . Experience handling labor laws, workplace policies, and conflict resolution . 3. Key Skills & Attributes: Strong leadership and people management skills . Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Hands-on experience with HR software Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment . Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.
