🔹 Job Title: Human Resources (HR) Manager Location: Shiv Aurica, A-733, Money Plant High Street, Jagatpur Road, Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382470 Reports To: CEO – Vaghela Abhijitsinh Kishorsinh Department: Human Resources Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexible based on company needs) Email: connect@shivaurica.com ⸻ 📝 Job Summary: The HR Manager at Shiv Aurica will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The goal is to support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives by effectively managing HR policies, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance. ⸻ 🎯 Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding • Develop job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms. • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with team leads. • Manage smooth onboarding for new hires. 2. Employee Records & Attendance • Maintain accurate employee records (joining details, contracts, leaves, etc.). • Track attendance, punctuality, and manage leave applications. 3. Payroll & Compensation • Assist in preparing monthly payroll data. • Manage bonuses, salary revisions, and appraisals with CEO approval. 4. Performance Management • Schedule and conduct quarterly performance reviews. • Set clear KPIs with department heads and track performance goals. 5. Employee Engagement & Welfare • Organize team-building activities, birthday celebrations, and events. • Ensure a healthy work environment and resolve employee grievances. 6. Training & Development • Identify skill gaps and coordinate internal or external training programs. • Plan onboarding sessions for new employees. 7. Policy Creation & Compliance • Draft HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws. • Handle disciplinary actions and ensure policy enforcement. ⸻ ✅ Required Skills & Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field. • 0–3 years of HR experience preferred (Freshers with certifications can apply). • Strong interpersonal and communication skills. • Good understanding of labor laws and HR best practices. • Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR software. ⸻ 💼 Desirable Traits: • Highly organized and detail-oriented • Discreet with sensitive information • Friendly, approachable, and a strong team player • Proactive problem-solver ⸻
