π’ Hiring: HR Manager β Fiberglass Mesh Manufacturing IndustryCompany: Himanshu Industries Office Location: π 306, Orinda Arcade, Near Vastral Gam Metro Station, Ahmedabad-382430 Factory Location: π 24, Vachnamrit Industrial Park, Bakrol-Bujrang, Ahmedabad π Website: www.himanshufiberglassmesh.com π Job Role: HR ManagerWe are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including payroll management, recruitment, compliance, employee relations, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in ERP & Tally Prime, capable of maintaining HR records, and ensuring smooth workforce management in our fiberglass mesh manufacturing unit. π Key Responsibilities:β
Recruitment & Hiring: Manage end-to-end hiring process for factory & office staff. β
Payroll & Attendance Management: β’ Maintain employee salary records, leaves, overtime & deductions. β’ Process monthly payroll & bonuses using Tally Prime / ERP software. β’ β
Compliance & Legal Documentation: β’ Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and factory regulations. β’ Handle employee contracts, policies, and exit formalities. β’ β
Production & Performance Reports: β’ Prepare daily, weekly & monthly production reports. β’ Reports will be used to track employee performance & decide incentives. β’ Monitor production efficiency & suggest improvements. β’ β
Inventory & Wastage Tracking: β’ Track raw material stock, finished goods, and production wastage. β’ Provide reports on material usage & wastage reduction. β’ β
Employee Relations & Policies: β’ Handle grievances, disciplinary actions & conflict resolution. β’ Implement HR policies & improve employee satisfaction. β’ β
Training & Development: β’ Organize training programs to enhance workforce skills & efficiency. π Required Skills & Qualifications:π Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA (HR), or relevant HR qualification. π
