Role Summary The purpose of this role is to drive inside sales for B2C vertical of Aon's HR Learning Center practice Role Overview The incumbent would be responsible for: Developing in-depth expertise on key courses and driving sales for them. Build knowledge for key courses and own their entire lifecycle. Lead pre-sales activities and drive sales closure for public programs. Spearhead referral marketing and generate leads from past participants. Conduct facilitator walkthroughs for the program. Managing the channel and partner ecosystem.
