Job Description: HR Executive Zinc Manufacturing Factory (Faridabad) Position Title: HR Executive Location: Faridabad Haryana. Industry: Zinc Manufacturing Role Overview: The HR executive will oversee all human resource operations at a zinc manufacturing factory in Faridabad Delhi NCR. This role will focus on driving HR initiatives, ensuring compliance with labor laws, fostering a productive workforce, and aligning HR practices with organizational goals. The role requires strong leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and experience in industrial HR management. Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives. Partner with management to forecast workforce needs and ensure alignment with operational demands. Lead organizational change initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement. Talent Acquisition & Management: Plan and execute recruitment strategies for hiring skilled personnel, including supervisors, technicians, and factory workers (In-house & outsourced). Oversee onboarding, training, and development programs to enhance employee capabilities. Employee Relations: Act as the point of contact for resolving employee grievances and disputes. Foster a harmonious work environment by promoting employee engagement initiatives. Build strong relations with people and ensure effective communication. Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, including the Factories Act, 1948, and related regulations. Manage payroll, provident fund (PF), gratuity, ESI, and other statutory obligations. Maintain up-to-date records and liaise with government authorities during inspections or audits. Health, Safety, and Welfare: Collaborate with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team to promote a safe workplace. Ensure implementation of employee welfare measures such as medical benefits, etc. HR Operations: Supervise day-to-day HR operations, including attendance, leave management, and disciplinary actions. manpower handling and house keeping,5 s maintain in plant. Qualifications & Experience: any graduate and diploma in Human Resources or equivalent qualification. 2-3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the manufacturing or heavy industry sector. In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and factory compliance requirements. Proven experience in managing large teams and handling unionized environments. Key Skills: Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Problem-solving and conflict-resolution expertise. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities. Key Metrics for Success: Retention rate of employees. Compliance adherence and audit performance. Workforce productivity and performance improvements. Effectiveness of employee engagement and welfare programs. Employment Type: Full-time Reports To: Factory Head/General Manager
