Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment process for BPO hiring and RCM.
Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinating interviews and follow-ups with hiring managers.
Maintaining a candidate database and preparing reports.
