Overview: We are currently seeking a passionate HR Recruiter Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. HR Recruiter Intern will assist our HR department in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for various positions within the company. This internship will provide you with hands-on experience in the recruitment lifecycle, enhancing your skills and preparing you for a future career in HR and recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Support the recruitment team in drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms. Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates. Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Assist in creating a positive candidate experience through timely communication and feedback. Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment-related activities. Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify passive candidates. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases. Collaborate with the HR team on projects to improve recruitment processes and strategies. Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professionalism in handling confidential information and sensitive situations. Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with social media and other recruitment tools is a plus.
