  • This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations, making it ideal for individuals looking to kickstart their HR career.
  • Responsibilities include assisting in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews; supporting onboarding and offboarding processes; maintaining and updating employee records; helping organize employee engagement initiatives; assisting in drafting and updating HR policies; and conducting research for ongoing HR projects.
  • The role provides exposure to diverse HR functions, hands-on experience with HR systems, and professional development opportunities.
