Ontology & Semantic Data Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Knowledge, Ontology & Semantic Modeler with 6-8+ years of experience in ontology engineering, semantic modeling, knowledge graph development, or enterprise data architecture.

The candidate will be responsible for designing enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs to establish consistent business meaning across multiple data sources.

• Design enterprise ontologies, taxonomies, semantic models, and knowledge graphs to establish consistent business meaning across multiple data sources.
• Define business concepts, entities, relationships, hierarchies, rules, and metrics.
• Develop semantic mappings between source data, canonical models, and business ontologies.
• Implement entity resolution, semantic enrichment, and ontology alignment.
• Build semantic layers for business queries, knowledge retrieval, and AI applications.
• Establish semantic governance, validation, lineage, and version management.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to create reusable semantic models.

• 6-8+ years of experience in ontology engineering, semantic modeling, knowledge graph development, or enterprise data architecture.
• Strong knowledge of RDF, RDFS, OWL, SKOS, SPARQL, JSON-LD, and SHACL.
• Experience in graph databases such as Neo4j, GraphDB, or Amazon Neptune.
• Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, Graph RAG, hybrid retrieval, Python, metadata management, and semantic web libraries will be an added advantage.
