Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Hiring: Source, screen, and hire candidates for various factory roles. Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract skilled workers. Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for final selection. 2. Training & Development: Plan and execute training programs for new and existing employees. Conduct onboarding sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies. Implement skill development programs for workforce improvement. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement: Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues. Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity. Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and HR policies. 4. Compensation & Benefits Management: Maintain payroll records and ensure timely salary disbursement. Manage attendance, overtime, and leave records. Oversee employee benefits, including PF, ESI, and insurance. 5. Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and safety standards. Handle statutory compliance, including ESI, PF, and contract labor laws. Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities. 6. Manufacturing-Specific HR Functions: Collaborate with the production team to align HR strategies with business goals. Implement safety and health regulations as per industrial standards. Handle labor relations, including union negotiations and workforce discipline. 7. Performance Management: Monitor employee performance and productivity. Conduct appraisals and performance evaluations. Develop improvement plans for underperforming employees. 8. Problem-Solving & Conflict Resolution: Address workplace disputes and conflicts proactively. Develop strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve retention. Required Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelors or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: 2 to 5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or factory setup. Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment, compliance, payroll, and labor laws. Understanding of factory operations and production processes. Ability to handle employee grievances and workforce engagement. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
