Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Manage onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
Support recruitment, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and address employee queries.
Maintain HR records, HRMS updates, and statutory compliance documentation.
Assist with performance appraisals, HR policies, and employee relations.

Preferred candidate profile

1-3 years of experience in HR Generalist / HR Operations.
Knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel, payroll coordination, and attendance management.
Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
