Job Description

HR Executive

We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR professional to join our team and manage day-to-day HR activities while supporting the organization’s growing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
Handle employee documentation, offer letters, joining formalities, and HR records.
Maintain attendance, leave, and employee databases.
Coordinate payroll inputs and employee-related documentation.
Support performance management and employee engagement activities.
Address employee queries and coordinate with management on HR-related matters.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and processes.
Manage exit formalities, relieving documentation, and employee records.
Ensure smooth communication and coordination between employees and management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience in HR, recruitment, or generalist activities is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic HR documentation.
Ability to independently manage multiple HR responsibilities.

We are looking for someone who is approachable, organized, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of HR activities in a growing organization.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
