Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support recruitment, maintain employee records, and ensure smooth HR operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and coordination with hiring managers.
• Employee Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, documentation, induction, and employee orientation.
• HR Operations: Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing, attendance inputs, incentives, and employee-related information.
• Employee Engagement: Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
• Performance Management: Support performance appraisals, probation reviews, employee feedback, and performance documentation.
• HR Policies & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company HR policies and assist with applicable statutory compliance and labour law documentation.
• Employee Relations: Address employee queries, support grievance resolution, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Exit Formalities: Coordinate employee resignations, exit interviews, full and final settlement documentation, and clearance procedures.
• HR Reporting: Prepare regular reports on recruitment, headcount, attendance, attrition, and other HR metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in HR operations and recruitment preferred.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes, payroll coordination, attendance management, and HR documentation.
• Basic understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and HRMS tools.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
