Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO / Non-IT positions
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals & social media
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates till joining
  • Assist in onboarding and employee engagement activities

 

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Any Graduate
  • Freshers are welcome
  • Good verbal & written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
