Required Skills

• Excellent 

  written English communication

• Only Graduates with min 1 year experience in customer service can apply
• Typing speed of 

  35 WPM with 90% accuracy

• Good grammar, sentence construction, and email etiquette
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
